A FOCUS ON EARLY INTERVENTION AND WELLNESS CARE Neighborhood & Family Health Center's approach to health care emphasizes the individual and an understanding that good health is critical to improving a person's quality of life. To achieve good health, we recognize you must have access to quality medical care. At Neighborhood & Family Health Center, we utilize a health care delivery model that focuses on early intervention, wellness care and a strong health maintenance component. An array of medical and psychological services, ranging from physical exams to treatment for minor illnesses and acute medical problems, are offered for both adults and children. Knowing that healthy babies start with good prenatal care, Neighborhood & Family Health Center also offers an extensive OB/GYN prenatal and postnatal care program. HIV testing and counseling are also offered. For our Spanish speaking neighbors, a bilingual staff is available |
