Description:
New Beginnings Community Counseling Center is seeking a Full Time Psychiatrist
to work with both children and adults. Essential job functions would include
providing direct psychiatric services through comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis,
and treatment of patients, including prescribing medications.
Qualifications:
Must have a NYS License as well as a DEA License.

Qualifications:
Experience relaying sensitive information to appropriate parties. Keeps clients,
superiors, peers, and direct reports updated based on their information needs.
Capable of producing comprehensive documentation.
Handles complex problems effectively. Separates key issues and generates multiple
solutions.
Sets a comfortable tone and encourages open communication. Listens attentively
and actively.
Experience resolving conflict between groups with opposing perspectives, agendas,
or priorities.
Uses organizational knowledge to maneuver through formal and informal channels
to get things done quickly and effectively.
Understands the job, its duties, and its role in the organization.
Basic health care administration skills and experience.
Experience providing patient services including patient scheduling, physician
and clinic template maintenance, and expediting clinic flow.
